FireLead SMS Terms of Service

FireLead provides SMS messaging features to help service contractors respond to missed calls, communicate with customers, and manage bookings. These SMS messages are operational only and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

By enabling SMS features in FireLead and/or interacting with FireLead via text message, you agree to the terms below.

1. Contractor SMS Consent (FireLead Users)

By providing your phone number and enabling SMS in FireLead, you consent to receive text messages from FireLead for service-related and operational purposes, including:

  • New lead notifications
  • Missed call alerts
  • Appointment bookings, confirmations, cancellations, or changes
  • Customer interaction summaries
  • Account, security, or system notifications related to scheduling and leads

Message frequency varies based on lead volume and booking activity.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out. For help, reply HELP or contact support@firelead.ai.

2. Customer SMS Messages (On Behalf of Contractors)

FireLead may send SMS messages on behalf of a contractor to individuals who contact that contractor, including when:

  • A customer calls the contractor and the call is missed
  • A customer texts the contractor
  • A customer responds to FireLead's automated missed-call message

Example automated message:

"Hey, sorry I missed you. Thanks for reaching out to Redwood Electric. How can I help you?"

These messages are sent only in response to an inbound inquiry and are intended to:

  • Acknowledge missed calls
  • Gather service details
  • Book, confirm, cancel, or update appointments

FireLead does not send unsolicited marketing messages to customers.

3. Customer Consent (Implied)

Customers provide implied consent to receive SMS messages when they:

  • Call a contractor's phone number
  • Send a text message to a contractor
  • Respond to FireLead's automated SMS following a missed call

Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

4. AI-Assisted Messaging Disclosure

Some SMS conversations may be handled or assisted by automated systems on behalf of the contractor to:

  • Respond to missed calls
  • Collect service information
  • Schedule or cancel appointments

FireLead does not provide pricing, quotes, or estimates via SMS unless explicitly configured by the contractor in the future.

5. Carrier Disclaimer

Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

6. Acceptable Use

Contractors agree not to use FireLead's SMS features to send:

  • Unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages
  • Spam or unsolicited marketing messages
  • Content that violates applicable laws or carrier policies

FireLead reserves the right to suspend or disable SMS functionality for violations.

7. Privacy

Phone numbers and message content are used solely to operate FireLead's lead handling and scheduling features. FireLead does not sell personal information.

8. Changes

FireLead may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or via SMS where appropriate.
